  1. Work out what is expensive

    One call about the process costing you time. You get the smallest thing that would fix it, priced, in writing.

  2. Build it in the open

    A live link from week one. You use it while it is being built, which is how wrong assumptions get caught early.

  3. Hand it over and stay reachable

    Source, accounts and documentation go to you. We stay on for patches, because a system nobody maintains stops being an asset.
